Background

Marujyu Kanaami Co., Ltd. was founded in Higashi-Osaka, Japan in 1947. Its ceramic barbecue grill meshes have been used in many Kaiseki ryori (a traditional Japanese multi-course meal) restaurants since 1980. Today, more and more people use them to make toast instead of using a toaster.
