Use & Care

The pan and handle need assembling with the screws before first use. The screws are included in the delivery package (but, a screwdriver is not).
Compatible with gas stove only (NOT with induction heating or microwave ovens).
Apply oil well inside the pan before each time of use.
To prevent discoloration or food poisoning, do not leave food in the pan for a long time and make sure move it to another container.
To prevent verdigris or rust, wash the pan with a pH neutral detergent and dry it thoroughly.
Use of resin flippers or spatulas is recommended because metal ones may damage the surface of the pan.
